First, I want to apologize for taking so long to post again and update you all. During the middle of June I was out for a hike with my dog and I had a hiking accident. I slid down a bank and shattered my ankle and my foot. I actually crawled out on my butt - haha - not something I recommend to anyone (no cell coverage). So as you can imagine that put my world into a spin. While the store kept operating smoothly during that time, I had to designate my duties to others and I had to rely on friends and family at home, since this is where I was confined to much of the time, at least for the first few weeks. 

However, as time went by it was clear that I was going to be left with some serious issues that would impede my ability to continue running Everything Vintage. So I decided to sell my business, and find something else to do.

Fast forward almost a year. I have been left with CRPS and I also have had to have an implant put in my back, called a spinal cord stimulator. I have gone from being a completely functional human to being disabled all within a year.

I decided enough sitting around feeling sorry for myself. In my younger years I spent a great deal of time wearing my artist hat. I've decided to go back to those roots. I introduce Designs by Sher - shersjewelrydesigns.com where i make  earrings and home decor. It helps me work through my pain by keeping my mind occupied, and it allows me to make beautiful items for my customers. I hope you can enjoy!
